Who we are
These terms cover your use of www.fredsonpaixao.com (the “website”), operated by Fredson Paixao BJJ LLC, doing business as Fredson Paixao Academy (the “Academy”), 1481 W Warm Springs Rd Ste 145, Henderson, NV 89014. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
What the website is for
The website describes the Academy’s programs, schedule, and rates; lets new local students book a free first class; lets you send the Academy a message; and sells Academy gear for pickup. Schedules, rates, and programs can change, so please confirm anything important with the Academy. Memberships are arranged at the Academy: the website does not create memberships or take membership payments.
Free-week bookings
When you book a free first class, you accept the documents shown in the booking form, including the participation agreement. Those documents govern your training at the Academy, and they control if anything on this page conflicts with them. Only book for yourself, or for a child whose parent or legal guardian you are.
Shop purchases
Orders from the Academy shop are covered by the Terms of Sale.
Using the website responsibly
Please don’t submit someone else’s information without their permission, send spam or automated submissions, try to get around the website’s security, rate limits, or spam checks, interfere with the website or other visitors, or use the website for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, photos, video, the Academy’s name, seal, and flag mark, and the design of the website belong to the Academy or its licensors. You’re welcome to view the website and share links to it. Please ask before copying or reusing our content.
Other services and websites
Shop payments happen on Stripe’s checkout page, and the contact form uses Cloudflare’s spam check. Links to other websites, such as map directions, are there for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and the Academy isn’t responsible for them.
Training involves physical contact
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a contact sport. Nothing on this website is medical advice; if you have health concerns, talk to a doctor before you start training.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but to the extent the law allows, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited, or changes the documents you accept when booking or the Terms of Sale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
