shop works.

Prices, payment, pickup, and what to do if something isn’t right.

Who you are buying from

The Academy shop at www.fredsonpaixao.com/shop is run by Fredson Paixao BJJ LLC, doing business as Fredson Paixao Academy (the “Academy”), 1481 W Warm Springs Rd Ste 145, Henderson, NV 89014. These terms apply to every shop order, together with the Terms of Use.

Prices, tax, and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Nevada sales tax for Henderson (Clark County), currently 8.375%, is added at checkout. You pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout page; your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach the Academy. Your order is confirmed when Stripe accepts the payment, and we email you a receipt.

Availability

The shop shows live stock. When you start checkout, the items in your bag are held for you while Stripe’s checkout page is open (about 30 minutes) and released if you don’t pay. If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and offer it in another size or color. If none of those works for you, we will refund that item.

White belts

White belts are sold with a gi, $20 each. Colored belts are earned on the mat and are never sold.

Pickup only

Nothing is shipped. Orders are picked up at the front desk of the Academy, 1481 W Warm Springs Rd Ste 145, Henderson, NV 89014. We email you when your order is ready; bring your order number. We hold paid orders for 14 days after that email. If you can’t make it in time, call or email us before then.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check sizes before you order (the front desk is glad to help with sizing), and look over your items when you pick them up. This does not limit any rights you have under the law, for example if an item is defective.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, a refund happens only when we can’t fill an item you paid for, or when the law requires one. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
